Travel is included for Katoomba and many nearby locations. For longer trips, a small travel fee and a 60-minute minimum appointment may apply. Any additional cost will always be confirmed with you before your booking is accepted.

Cancellation policy
- Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
- Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a fee equal to 50% of the appointment price.
- Cancellations within four hours, no-shows, or appointments that cannot proceed because the customer is unavailable or access cannot be provided may incur the full appointment fee.
- Genuine emergencies may be considered at the owner's discretion.
