Table footprint

A standard massage table is roughly the size of a single bed once set up. Allowing clear walking space on both sides gives your therapist room to move comfortably during your appointment.

Ceiling height and room shape

Most standard rooms work well. Open-plan living areas, spare bedrooms and accommodation bedrooms are all common choices — the main thing is a flat, stable floor and enough space to move around the table freely.

Small spaces

If your space is tight, a little furniture rearranging beforehand makes a big difference. If you're unsure whether your room will suit, mention it when you book and we can talk it through.
